RESERVATION POLICY

1) GRATUITIES POLICY FOR:

A) TOUR LEADER
An additional room for every 10 rooms paid
Dinner or Lunch Menu: For every 10 people receive supplementary food.
If less than 10 people, the guide and the driver receive 50% discount

B) AND PRESS AGENCY FAM TRIPS
Additional Rooms or service charge depending on the group and availability.

2) BAGGAGE HANDLING POLICY
Guests can leave luggage in the hotel free of charge. We don’t receive passport, money or tickets when guests are not staying at the hotel.

3) DAY USE POLICY
The day use must cover the costs of the room and the service and can be used until 20:00 hours. 20:00 pm last night charged full

4) RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations must be via mail, phone or fax.

5) NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not cancel the reservation 48 hours in advance will be charged the first night and the deposit will not be refunded.
