Hotel Patio Andaluz, located in the heart of the historic “Quito Antiguo”, declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO un 1978, is surrounded by churches, museums and national monuments. The hotel is an official National Treasure and holds centuries of history within its walls. It was part of the original Solaris (original building sites) that constituted the city of San Francisco de Quito by the time of its foundation

Since then, revolutionary actors, historic figures, presidents and thinkers had passed through its patios and corridors.
